wild deer fillet stir-fry

This is a home made wild deer fillet stir-fry
Ingredients
300g of wild deer fillet, remove any fat and slice into small pieces
3 medium chillies
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium leak
Method
Step 1
Marinate the meat with pepper, salt and egg white
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat
Step 3
Brown the garlic
Step 4
Add meat and stir-fry until it is brown but not quite cooked. Then remove the meat from the pan
Step 5
Add a little more oil and stir fry the leaks until they soft
Step 6
Add back the meat and cook for 2 minutes more, or until it is cooked
