This is a home made wild deer fillet stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 300g of wild deer fillet, remove any fat and slice into small pieces
  • 3 medium chillies
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 medium leak

Method

  1. Step 1
    Marinate the meat with pepper, salt and egg white
  2. Step 2
    Heat oil in a pan on medium heat
  3. Step 3
    Brown the garlic
  4. Step 4
    Add meat and stir-fry until it is brown but not quite cooked. Then remove the meat from the pan
  5. Step 5
    Add a little more oil and stir fry the leaks until they soft
  6. Step 6
    Add back the meat and cook for 2 minutes more, or until it is cooked
