steamed fish with lemon and onion

Easy and quick to prepare and cook, a perfect light healthy dinner.
Ingredients
380g of fresh fish fillets
1 medium onion
2 medium lemons
4 tbsp of Soy sauce for seafood
2 cloves of garlic
2 medium chillies, optional
Method
Step 1
Slices lemon, put 6 slices on a dish or steamer tray
Step 2
Put the fish fillets on top of the lemon slices in the dish, then put 6 slices of lemon on top of the fish, squeeze the lemon juice on the fish.
Step 3
Put 4 table spoons of seafood soy sauce on the fish
Step 4
Put the steamer on, set timer for 20 minutes. Chop the onion and garlic into tiny pieces
Step 5
Put a pan on low heat, add 1 table spoon of olive oil, gently fry the onion and garlic
Step 6
Add the cooked onion and garlic into steamer after 20 minutes, then steam it for 10 minutes more until it is well cooked. Serve it with rice.
